Terms and Conditions

SCHEDULED ARRIVAL AND APPOINTMENT PUNCTUALITY

To enhance your overall experience, we kindly request clients to arrive 10 minutes ahead of their scheduled appointments. This allows ample time for check-in, restroom use, and selection from our extensive array of available colours. As a gesture of consideration for all our clients, we strictly adhere to a punctual appointment schedule. Please note that tardy arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the appointment, and any delayed treatments will be appropriately abbreviated to accommodate the next scheduled client.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Nails Spa Romford we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy in order to accommodate the high demand of appointments. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email or online through our website or app. We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments, providing we have at least 24 hours notice. For the avoidance of doubt failure to notify Nails Spa Romford within 24 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and 100% cancellation fee . No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings. Bookings with less than 24 hours notice will not be downgraded and the full value at time of booking is payable. Clients arriving more than ten minutes late for their appointments will risk loosing their appointment and being charged in full. Please note in the event of a late arrival, we may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, you will however be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking. A no-show and repeat cancellations will be considering for future appointments.

GROUP BOOKING POLICY

For groups of 3 or more, a 50% deposit or £15 per treatment is required. Changes or cancellations to the booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance, and deposits are calculated based on each individual treatment.

MINORS

For individuals under 18 years old, parental consent is required through a signed consent form for any treatments.

CONSENTS FORMS

Clients are required to complete a consent form every six months, as mandated by our insurance company. This practice is essential for your safety.

TREATMENT BUNDLES

Payment for all treatments within a bundle is due in full at the time of purchase. Treatment bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Redemption of all treatments within a bundle must occur within 2 months of the purchase date; any unused treatments after this period will be forfeited. Expired treatment bundles will not be extended.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months. Nails Spa Romford will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. Change will not be given, but the balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date.

LOST PROPERTY

We ask clients to look after their property while at Nails Spa Romford as we are unable to take responsibility of any items lost or damaged.

NAIL AFTERCARE SERVICE

Should you experience chipped nails within three days after regular polish (or a week for gel polish), please report it with a photo to our email, Facebook page, or Instagram page. We will provide a free touch-up on the affected nails within seven days. A small fee will be charged for issues reported outside this period.

PATCH TEST

Tinting services or eyelash extensions necessitate a patch test 24 hours prior to your first treatment for safety reasons. If no adverse reactions occur, we will proceed with the treatment. Please inform us of any overly sensitive skin or specific allergies, and we will arrange a patch test to ensure safe treatment. A medical questionnaire will be required before your treatment to guarantee its safety. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to disclose any medications or conditions that may affect your treatment. Please inform your therapist or technician of any health changes during subsequent visits. If uncertain about your eligibility for a particular treatment, please notify us 24 hours before your appointment.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to upholding the confidentiality of any personal information collected. We do not share your personal information with third-party organizations and adhere to the principles of UK data protection legislation.

REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final, and exchanges or refunds are not possible.

PROMOTIONS

Various promotional offers are run throughout the year, date and time restrictions may apply. Offers may not be used in conjunction with each other. Nails Spa Romford reserves the right to cancel any promotions running at any given time.

THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT

Please note we reserve the right to refuse treatments; disrespect and rudeness towards Nails Spa Romford staff will not be tolerated.
Nails Spa Romford reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so.
